Living a cruelty free life

Choosing to go cruelty free is one of the best & hardest things I've done.
Having to decide to ditch everything I knew and starting fresh was the hardest part.
Going cruelty free was something I had been thinking about for a while on and off before I finally decided to commit to it & I've now been doing it for over 3 years.

Some things to consider when going Cruelty free;
+ Do lots of research, and research a brand several times, so many times I have done a quick search, seeing that they are 'creulty free' then going back to do more research and finding out that they are in fact not.
+ Figure out where you stand when it comes to Parent Companies, for example, The Body shop who are cruelty free, being owned by L'Oreal, who aren't cruelty free.
+ Accepting the fact that sometimes, it might not be as cheap as you would like, but you're doing it for a good cause. (Also, you can get some amazing bargains)
+ Don't make people feel bad for not feeling the same as you do about animal testing. Yeah it's cruel, but if someone chooses to buy into products that aren't cruelty free, that's their decision.
+ Do be helpful and knowledgeable for those who do want to learn more.
